so about an year ago my twitter account was hacked or something and my pubg account was logged out of and i guess this dude stole it which idk how since i had everything backed up like my phone number my gmail so i dont get how it was possible i didnt care much of it since it happened after i quit the game but i came back a while ago cause my friend gave me his account but i was wondering if its still possible to get my old acc back since i spent so much on it i had it since i was 9 years old all those skins i paid for so i was wondering if there was anyway i can get it back i have proof it was my account too.

Forget about it. Happened to me. PUBG won’t do nothing for you. You can do what they said here and see how it goes. Other than that, that account is lost forever.
