Fog rolling in.
I see that you are playing custom maps, check your brightness and also check that your “display gamma” setting is set to computer and not hdtv. Its under the graphics settings.
Some maps automatically change that setting to HDTV so their map will have way more contrast. If you already had your brightness low, then HDTV getting set will make shit look stupid dark.
Just tested enabling hdtv and having low brightness set and it looked very similar to your picture.
My brightness is default I e used default everything and idk it happens after like 7 rounds in and I just can’t see anymore
