Due to severe weather conditions, only two Super Round games remain scheduled for August 2, Day 9 of the WBSC U-12 Baseball World Cup 2025 presented by RAXUS. Both games will start at 18:30 (local time).
The Asia Pacific International Baseball Stadiums and Training Centre (ASPAC) Field 2 will host USA-Japan, a game that will promote the winner to the World Championship Final.
The ASPAC Main Stadium will host the game between Chinese Taipei and Korea, which will decide the second finalist. Korea will advance to the World Championship Final with a win.
If both Chinese Taipei and Japan win, Chinese Taipei, USA, and Korea will tie at 3-2 in second place, and the Team Quality Balance (TQB) will break the tie.
If Chinese Taipei and the USA win, Chinese Taipei, Japan and Korea will tie at 3-2 in second place, and Japan will advance to the World Championship Final thanks to wins against Chinese Taipei in the Opening Round and Korea in the Super Round.
The Placement Round games Germany-Czechia, South Africa-Cuba and Australia-Panama and the Super Round game Mexico-Dominican Republic were suspended and will be eventually rescheduled for Sunday, August 3.
