GM 5, i swear i almost got legendary but my stupid neighbor (i live in a villa) overloaded the breaker and i got 4 consecutive rank penalties so i gave up

Can someone please explain to me how these titles work? I ask especially because I ended the season with over 14k ranked points, but the title in the middle says “Grand Master”.
