Now i know this is a overclocking subreddit but i would think this is the community that knows the most about the bios and stuff too.
ASUS ROG Strix B650e-e Gaming Wifi (if it helps)
I have done the basics like:
Memory Context Restore
Fast Startup
BIOS delay time 0
But is there any other way to reduce it? like some weird non obvious way, since this is my main bottleneck as my full windows login posts in 17 seconds and this takes up 11 of that lol.

Enable Fastboot, memory context restore in bios. Run 2 sticks of ram, not 4. Amd can be slow, but I’ve noticed its board dependent. My asus board was super slow, my 2 gigabyte boards were in the middle, but my asrock board is fast as fuck.
