Yeah I got something similar where the bomb got dropped somewhere in banana (I presume), and the radar showed it as out of bounds behind b site, happened multiple times in multiple places across the map

it gets worse, the bomb was invisible after throwing it on the ground. Literally, no shadow, nothing. It shows up in the radar like it is outside the map and somewhere where it definitely isn’t. I really don’t know how they fumbled that one lol
