No, you need to stop smoking. That’s what the inside of a smoker’s/vaper’s computer looks like. Looks like the inside of an xbox I bought on FB marketplace once, when I first turned it on and got warm it smelled like an ashtray.
Never my PC or consoles got this bad. I clean they every few months and they have just some dust build up as I clean the house once a week thoroughly.

everyone tellin OP to clean his house are rude, Dust builds up no matter what and some people have different situations, like for me i live in a trailer in the desert, i work in the fields get covered in dirt then have to walk thru dirt before entering my trailer.. even if i sweep everyday there will always be some amount of dirt.
