For lighting, you have a couple options. Monitor bar, light bar behind monitor, light strips around/behind desk or something as simple as another lamp. Phillips, Nanoleaf and Govee are all good options depending on your budget.
I would add a small monitor stand for some ergonomics.

Get a monitor mount to get it off the desk, put the speaker under the monitor, shift it to the left so your mousepad is horizontal, and put the mic on the desk. Also if your window blinds

arm for the mic will isolate it better and keep it away from background noises also frees up space

For cable management, you can get silicone/zip ties to gather cables together and then put them into a [braided cable management sleeve](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08FJ2WDMK?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_9&th=1).
