Yes the 1TB is a better one than the 500GB, but the customer ordered the 500GB version and didn’t get what he ordered so he is technically allowed to complain. Though I wouldn’t complain.

I once got 4 cheeseburgers instead of 3 at McDonald’s. I checked the order and returned the extra burger. The employee just smiled and threw the burger under the table. I figured after that of course they couldn’t reuse the burger for other orders and that they had to just throw it away. However everything happened so quickly that I didn’t have enough time to think. I just spotted the error and told about it.
