Hello. My 3060 12g started acting weird lately. It suddenly spikes and stays at full memory and core clock sometimes. Tested with both MSI Afterburner and HWiNFO. Please help

    It’s probably a background program running on the GPU, either something you installed or malware/virus

    Looks just like power management. I’ve found that a monitoring program that constantly updates the screen like GPU-Z is sometimes enough to get the GPU to sustain its highest power state
