The deathcam is notoriously laggy but there’s no “aim bot” on console so no it was just a skilled player scoping in and getting the kill. You can say a lucky scope in right on your head but it’s not uncommon for a skilled player to get a headshot. 6x zoomed out to 3x on any gun is not that hard to shoot with if you have practice.
No it’s not cheating. The death cam is a buggy mess. Higher skilled players go for headshots as it’s the quickest way to kill players.
Impossible to tell from deathcam, pubg basically just imagines what happened to make the deathcam clip

Definitely cheating! How tf is everybody on his mini map on a solo match ? That’s crazy work ! When is this clip from & what’re you playing in ? Console or PC ?
6x on an AR is a dead giveaway.
