Audio glitch? Cause it sounds like the monkeys voice effect
There Samantha spheres around the map that are glowing yellow and if you shoot it she’ll start talking, I’m assuming you accidentally shot one cuz your staring at one right at the start of the vid, go load up the map again and shoot that yellow orb and you’ll hear it again
