We managed to squeeze a good amount of performance out of this GPU. Now my friend can play FF7 Rebirth at 4K 60fps in the open world—and in instances and dungeons, we're even hitting 80–85fps. I honestly didn’t think I’d be able to push it this far. Keep in mind, it’s a Zotac card (and not one of the decent 5000-series Zotacs—this 4060 Ti version is really underwhelming).

leave voltage at zero. that is for adding extra voltage. just crank power target to max…. i have a 4060 ti as well, you should be able to get +200mhz on core and +1200mhz on memory
i get +220-+250mhz on core depending on game or benchmark and +1200-+1500mhz on memory
adding extra voltage is gonna heat and harm you card, save it for people with exotic cooling solutions. Another tip would be use afterburner to tune your card not gpu tweak and set it so you card doesn’t auto overclock on windows boot incase you have issues… easier then pulling the card to remove the saved overclock settings.
* Zotac cards are awesome i used mine to set almost every hardware record on 3DMark for 12600k & 4060ti 8gb combo so apparently they aren’t too shabby. The fastest 3070 in the world right now it also a Zotac card
