Ugh, that Zen Master. Why do I keep doing his “side quests”?

“This is a meditation on what it feels like to stop playing your video game and listen to a man speaking very slowly. Look, we rendered a waterfall. Isn’t that neat? Isn’t it neat that you can stare at a screen saver? You don’t want to go back to having fun. You want to do this instead.”

i dont think i have this problem , i enjoyed every bit .

Everything with River. Appreciated it the first time but that guy and whole quest line just feels like such a slog.

Scanning Evelyn’s BD. I know it’s important to the story but it absolutely kills the momentum of the story.

  5. YellowFogLights

Everything up to the heist. The prologue becomes such a slog by playthrough number four.

The Heist takes so long. I have a few saves of a fresh character right after the Heist, but my stupid brain sucks.

I get really unsatisfied picking up an old save and skipping the intro of the game. So I force myself to start a new game every time, and I just get bummed at how long it takes to open the game up after the Heist.

100% self-inflicted problem and I’m fully self-aware of it and how stupid it is, but that’s my answer.

Very distant 2nd place is the Delamain cabs.

Johnny’s flashbacks. Specifically the one during “Transmission”

  8. I agree with a lot of the things I’ve seen. Zen master, Johnny’s flashbacks, any BD segment…

But after so many playthroughs the thing I’m so tired of is having to do the heist all over again.

It’s lost all significance to me. Same with Jackie dying.

I seriously can never get through the heist fast enough.

    Edit: spelling

Honestly don’t think I have one. I love this game from beginning to end.

Anything involving Judy, from the konpeki bd to the follow up afterwards.  Shoutiut to the heist itself too, after doing it several times i sometimes wish we could skip act 1 entirely

Delamain Cabs quest, I think the goal of that quest was to introduce various different districts of NC

  12. Far_Security8313

Objective : hide from the indestructible maintenance murderbot.

  13. Beneficial-Mammoth73

Ugh, just about everything between the scav den and the end of the hiest. On the first playthrough, it’s good at getting you into the world and what it’s like, but on a repeat playthroughs it’s just a tad too long.

I’m assuming for me, it’s the BD’s in Cyberpunk and the stupid French Twin Gambling mission in Phantom Liberty, only on my second play through rn, but those two portions were annoying asf the first time through.

  15. SadBookkeeper6834

When I play as female v and I have to go to dinner with river to get his gun

  16. BadSkoomaDealer

The entire Voodooboys stuff, they are just so arrogant i hate it.

  17. For me it’s the entire setup until the heist. For some reason I know that part way way WAY better than the rest of the story. It feels really boring because there isn’t much choice yet.

  18. SL1MECORE

Evelyn and Randy. Evelyn moreso, because there is absolutely no way to save her.

  19. RubyWillBeatYou

Sex scenes, BDs, the heist, talking to Myers (I don’t like Myers)

  20. Robert_Reviews

I mean everyone said it but Evelyn’s BD. I have no clue why they haven’t made it fully skippable on replays. Like I know Konpeki Plaza front to back, you’d think on the seventh plus play through I could skip it.
