    It’s your pc. Something about your settings isn’t vibing with the shading. In mine, he looks normal, but he’s in a dimly lit room to show his paranoia

    The guy had been indoctrinated, the probably stuffed some crazy implants inside of his body or he doesn’t really have control over his body anymore.
