One of the best indie games out there but extremely underrated right now

Ooh, boy. This couldn’t have come at a worse time for me. 5 week college course means essays every day, but I *have* to play this.

Where’s the crowbar? It’s so much inspired by half-life (the first one), that it just lacks the crowbar.

Incredibly frustrating and tedious game but probably a known quantity for the particular people who are into survival crafting games.
It’s like if Grounded took place in a giant maze full of locked doors and you also had to frequently use the toilet and take medicine.

Well.. I guess just after grounded 1 and grounded 2 we’ll have to play AF

It was just added to Game Pass

If you wanted a Half Life meets SCP survival game. This is it.
It’s a blast, with friends or solo, it’s fun as hell. Comedic moments all over the place, a ton of exploration, an overarching storyline, and plenty of entities to keep you on your toes. Also Lore Galore, there is a ton of it.
If you do play it solo, I would advise turning up stack limits and resource drop multipliers, but aside from that, I recommend playing it.

I enjoyed what I played, until I died. I respawned with no consequences. Kinda threw the mood.
Edit: well fuck me, I guess.

Played this while high.
Some guy spent the entire game building a kitchen. Kept bring me plates of food while nodding until I took it. Too scared to go outside in the dark so I stayed home eating.
No idea what this game is. 10/10 would play again.

Gotta say I’m not feeling it so far, but I’m only a couple hours in.
The UX isn’t great, and the immersion FPS level layouts feel more like mishmosh than well-planned. Most of all though, only a couple hours in, I feel like the limited inventory space + survival stuff isn’t adding to the game. I’m more just annoyed when I have to go find food/water or have to drop mats from my inventory instead of freely explore.
Again though, I’m only a couple hours in. Will stick with it due to the universal praise. Hopefully whenever I find a place to make a base I won’t be so annoyed.

Popped up free on PSPlus and have been playing with my friend all night. For us, has a very 7 Days to Die vibe. Def been enjoying, please drop any tips for a new player!

Super excited for this. Abiotic has been one of my fav games since first starting it. The comedy, the atmosphere, the weird blend of so many genres…
