I mean yeah I kind of get it, some people just aren’t really built for single player games. Especially for people who play a lot of online games and are using discord or communicating when they play. There is a certain angst that comes from being alone and especially in an immersive game like cyberpunk, if you’re not used to it. But it’s not just that, it’s also how you’re rewarded. In competitive games you can basically jump on and get immediate dopamine without having time invest any time. With single players it’s a slower burn, you might feel a bit bored at first or have FOMO when you see your friends playing an online game together. Also attention… If you can’t play the game for 20 minutes without picking up your phone or distracting yourself in some way, then you shouldn’t be playing. All this is to say that while some single player games are probably not meant for certain people, many others who have tried and quit could’ve easily stayed and maybe fell in love with the game. They just tried it at the wrong time or came in with the wrong mindset
