my account hacked 3x on 1 year by fake customer support but account recovery 5550509557 stuck on 7 days after rejected, using my regular device more than 1 year of use, screenshot proof of purchase UC fully complete, I'm waiting but the account recovery time is stuck on 7 days
after Twitter fully recovered on July 24, I can log into my account and unable to change email because hacker just changed email address less than 7 days ago, then I filed a claim to unlink the hacker's email and after it my Twitter was forcibly unlinked by the hacker. ( i see many hacker devices logged into my account) to break account recovery security system
- What I did after my account was stolen:
- I contacted community support recovery request status= rejected
- account recovery ingame: rejected
- contact email support: rejected then no response anymore, maybe my email was blocked by customer support
Account recovery was rejected because the hacker used multiple devices to login to the account after few days recovery system unable to determine account owner dan makes the system confused in determining real owner of the account, This is a logical statement from me, in essence hackers are one step ahead of the security system that has been created, so many players recovering accounts in spreadsheet list and their complaints all rejected including me.
