I recently purchased CP through third party and I think the buyer refunded the money so now I have a negative CP on my account. If I keep holding negative CP without buying CP until it becomes 0 or positive, will my account be suspended? I want to solve this problem right now, but I don't have the money. The system email said that if I keep causing this refund problem multiple times, I will be suspended, and that I cannot use CP until it becomes 0 or positive, but it didn't say that I will be suspended because I have this negative CP. Is there anyone who has the same case as me?

I think you should first send a mail telling all of that before getting ban or else (idk what will happen).
Taking the lead will show them that it’s really not your fault and that will work in your favor, trust me.
Because the fact that you’re waiting will make them think that you’re still enjoying the game despite the negative number of CPs you have and will be convinced about a “negative” user.
If you will have a negative CP for a certain amount of time ( I’m not sure for how long, probably a couple of days up to a month), your account will eventually be permanently suspended.

If it happened just once, then it’s fine. Your account will not be suspended, but you’ll need to first top up to bring the value back to positive, but doing this multiple times will cause trouble.

*First of all never buy cp from any unofficial stores I know they are cheap and buying from cod directly is super expensive but this is what happens. I think unless you don’t pay your negative balance gradually your account will be terminated or something like that, I’m sure they sent you a mail, go read that, never had any issue like this since never bought cp from rip off vendors.*
I think buying from codm store you get a bit more than through the game itself. I started buying from them.

(Side note: to go back into positive CP u have to buy the same out of cp officially)

Nothing happens it stays negative that’s it my friend has had negative CP for ages now and we still play it’s been years… Dude used the refund trick to unlock and max the mythic Guns and got a negative CP and since then hasn’t tried to clear it nor is suspended for it… Even I had done this refund trick and had a negative CP for months and recently I cleared it cause I wanted to get new skins
