This looks great to me! Where did you get the wood panels from? I am moving soon and want to do something similar.
You need art, trinkets, some sort of personalization. Right now is very sanitized and bland IMO (though sleek and more organized than my current set up)
Add anything to elevate it from an IKEA display. Add some color, add something personal.
Some sort of voucher for a neck care specialist would really brighten things up (and be useful!)

Who did you use for the panels
Since your setup is wide, why not setup your monitor horizontally? i mean you can save pain in the neck, maybe you can add speaker or headphone, also if you want you can put your collections stuff figure or another mechanical keyboard or something on your wood panel.
This upsets me to no end, but you do you.

Two more portrait monitors either side.
A deeper desk would help keep you a better/further distance from those monitors. Hardware stores sell butcher block that’s 39” deep for around $300… that extra distance would greatly increase desk space and comfort in a setup like this.

Plants, pictures, etc. Everyone is different, but I’d lose my shit staring at that blandness all day
