Anywhere with a chopper. Pick up some bullets and loot,just enough to survive, get the chopper. Relocate to a place where you think no one lands on like the outskirts of the map. Pick up a few things then wait for drop(green), Then the loadout, After getting everything you’ll need, drop to the high place like mountain, building or any populated area with high grounds with any vehicle nearby then destroy the chopper.
I think this is the fastest way to have the best loot and have the best survival chance
