Looking to do this kind of stack, except the top monitor is a 49 inch and the bottom is a 27 inch. The 49 inch will be on an arm.
Any suggestion on an arm/vesa kickstand that can help me achieve that kind of bottom monitor orientation?

Check out the Wearson WS-03A for the bottom monitor. I would also make sure and get a heavy duty monitor arm for the top monitor.
