Love Rollercoaster is one of the only ones I can think of despite having completed four playthroughs. That's most likely because the quest location isn't marked on the map as well as the short time window you have to do it. For some reason the quest is only accessible between Playing for Time and Double Life, which is probably the shortest time window to do a quest in the entire game.

The hidden one with the image and the bike. I don’t like scavenger hunts like that. By the time I don’t have other quests I could do instead my playthrough is done and I wanna play with a different build
You can go back and ride the rollercoaster with Johnny later, I missed it first time around but was still able to do it.
Just yesterday I did a race for Claire for the first time ever last night. I’m so bad at driving in this game that I’ve just always avoided it!
12th playthrough. Always too frustrated to complete Sinnerman lol. I swear I’ll do it eventually.

I’ve done them all sadly, I’ve literally done everything in the game and just play to have fun and do stupid shit 😅 like climb ontop of a car, quick hack and take control and drive to the dam and off the cliff, full send, but mostly play with mods that add new things

I’ve never gotten conned by the guy selling a faulty bd, and I never plan to do so lol.
I stumbled upon this one in my second playthrough and it made me happy in n.c. for once.. so I tag it whenever I do a playthru

I actually don’t know. Feels like I saw everything and after I always find something. In my last playthrough I had something around 250 quests done. Don’t remember exact number. Maybe it was 210 ahahah
Rivers questline, and most of kerry’s. Just never got round to it, then restarted my whole save with 2.0 update, and only recently came back to it with 2.3 (and also cuz ppl figured out the magenta ARG at some point apparently, that’s deffo next on my to do list too)
Path of Least Resistance. Personal feelings prevent me from doing it, hits way too close. Makes me uncomfortable but I’m glad they included it. Cdpr knows how to handle the material in such a powerful way and I feel like the message is important.
The hide from robot one people say is scary in DLC. Only done DLC twice but only recently started seeing talk of that quest so will do on next playthrough.

This play through I completely ignored Meredith. I honestly forgot about her.
Most of the beat on the brat fights, the PL ending, and the secret ending.
5 play throughs and after the first one I stopped doing the delamin missions
Sinnerman. On my first few playthroughs done this quest but later on my next playthroughs, I Just killi the dude and end it quickly.
The one with the killer robot everybody’s so afrsid of.
The racing one Clair gives you.
I’ve genuinely never done Delamains quest.
I just never cared enough about a single car to bother chasing all those rogue taxis.
Now that the actual cab service is in the game I may consider it.
4 playthroughs. Never done river’s quest line
The rollercoster was blocked because I passed a certain mission I didn’t know, the reward from the bot you repair, because it was locked behind the last quest from mr hands that I did way earlier. Also the one you go on the Crystal Palace, because I didn’t know you had to select certain option during Johhny mission and it didnt give me the secret ending, and I didn’t want to replay rogue route again.
These are the ones I know about I missed.
If, like myself, you’ve done multiple playthroughs, the only missions you’ll be skipping are the different endings. They’ll not be a mission “you’ve never played”. I mean why? You playthrough to see it all right?
