Im running a ryzen 5 3600x on a b550 tomahawk with corsair vengeance rgb pro ddr4 3200 2x16GB.
After using the settings in the vid, my machine isnt posting, and the DRAM light is on. I tried a different stick of ddr4, and cleared the CMOS multiple times but am still getting the DRAM debug light and no post. Did i fry my board?

Im pretty sure i set 1.2 instead of 1.275 like he did, thinking lower voltage was safer. I realize now that it was for a different motherboard
I do not think that you’ve fried your motherboard. Setting your voltage so low isn’t going to damage anything directly, unless you typed it into the wrong field. Definitely reset BIOS using the jumpers again, or again pull the CMOS battery with the PSU switched off, or having disconnected the power cables from the motherboard. It may be necessary to attempt to boot without the CPU installed. Some boards let you into the BIOS without one, but if not, it might be enough to cause it to factory reset. Try booting with just one stick of RAM as well.
BTW, as far as im aware, Ryzen CPUs shouldn’t be overclocked manually like that. You want to use PBO instead of a static OC like that video seems to be setting up, as PBO can boost higher while remaining stable at all clocks, and also not require as large voltage offsets to achieve.
