I can’t spray with a DP for shit. Seems like a lot of the pros (and cheaters) like to use the DP-28 though.
DSR is a great sniper, though I still prefer the Kar98 personally. Not sure on the damage stats, but it seems to do the same lvl of damage as the DSR, just not as “laser focused”
Side arm is always the 2 guns for me these days (can’t recall the name of them), but that’s only because “2 is better than 1” lol
Good for mid to long range but when you got pushed and approached by your enemies, these two guns would give you a headache due to their reloading time.
I think you should use the pistol as a back-up. The dp28 is not the best cqc weapon in the game, but for sure it’s better than any pistol. It actually has the same limb damage as akm, and will 2 tap level 3 helmet if they have less that 100 hp (at close range)
For me, I think DP-28 serves all ranges. Also a mag of 47 bullets is enough to take out two squads if you work on your aim and accuracy. Sometimes I even play with two DP-28s and the combo is deadly.

I like using DP for mid and long range, its a good lmg and the recoil its not as bad as the m249 so I usually have DP with some SMG
