Massive Frame Drop After update 3.8

I used to run and at a smooth stable 120 fps with barely any dips in frame rate, after the 3.8 update I have had never ending ridiculous frame drops even when there's no people around and I'm just running around, I'm averaging around around 60 to 80 fps, it's honestly impressive how y'all manage to break the game more and more every update, whenever my friends say there's a new update for pubg I take a big sigh and ask myself what new bug or problem are we gonna have this time, every update there's always SOMETHING wrong with this game, that's not exaggerated, EVERY UPDATE. PLEASE FIX THE FRAME DROP PROBLEM.
