Honestly, you’ll probably be better off with GDM off at 6400MT/s at a lower vSoC.
But this is very impressive. AIDA’s memory test is a quick sanity check to see if you are error correcting on the infinity fabric. If you see worse scores, then your FCLK is unstable.
I would then do a bunch of y-cruncher FFT tests to see if your vSoC is stable. Likely you need a smidge more. 1.28V vSoC is the best I’ve seen so far for 3300MCLK GDM On.

Its doable but extremely rare that it happens you have a golden sample to do it. Usually 6400 cl28 is already fantastic. You would really need to put it through its stress tests to make sure its stable

Because you have duel rank it makes sens to go down to 6400mhz and tighten timings

Wait also put trefi to 50000

Chairing what??? Complete instability? 😀🤣 it can’t even open a program.
I can get behind not being able to pass OCCT hardest test (large extreme variable avx512 !!custom core cycle select 4 random cores!! – it will load those 4 cores to an absolute limit, twice as hard as AUTO does as it loads all cores equally and less). That is not needed to be passable as long as it can do 5-10min, than it won’t crash in 80% of games at all….
But what you describe is madness.
– unstable ram will slowly corrupt your windows files and they will stop booting in a week or two.

Doubt you will get it stable. I also can boot it fine and get errors after about 10 minutes. I have a great sample with an apex x870e. You would need a golden sample to get than stable. If you can get that stable you are extremely lucky. lottery winner lucky. I have a friend who can run it and he binned over 120 9800x3d to find his ONE.

If it boots only stop right there and only keep booting. It’s good enough this way.
