This game is an absolute masterpiece. Over a year since I started playing and I am still completely addicted to it, I've racked up countless hours sometimes just walking around night city and enjoying the beauty of the world. It's one of the only games to have ever made me actually cry both happy and sad tears, this to me is better than Rdr2, GTA V, Elden Ring, and even Zelda Breath of the wild. This isn't just a game, it is a whole experience, another world that feels like home.

It’s my new New Vegas at least.
The GOAT it’s hard to say, there are so many epic games.

  2. Drive_Thru_Sushi

It’s definitely one of the best RPGs released in a while

Honestly the only game that might beat it is the sequel

  4. I agree. Only additional thing: WITH Phantom Liberty. It slots in seamlessly.

It also has the best soundtrack of all time.

I will die on both hills

    Agreed

    1) Cyberpunk 2077
    2) New Vegas
    3) Elden Ring

Not too many games I’ve played more than twice. I’ve played this game 4 times and it’s definitely my favorite game.

  7. OldPayphone

It’s not my favorite but definitely in my top 5.

It sucks that it got hated on in the beginning, yeah it had bugs but the storyline still shined through it all

It’s certainly in my top 10, possibly top 5. I enjoyed every bit of it.

  10. Still doesn’t clear Witcher 3 for me, but it sits comfortably in 2nd for me overtaking the Deus Ex series

I’m struggling a bit with it. Bought it on release but never made it through the tutorial.

Just got a Switch 2 and have put in about 25 hours so far, but with as open world as it is, it still feels like wherever I go the experience is very curated. Maybe it’s all the fully voiced dialogue from V, but it doesn’t draw me in like, say, Skyrim.

Cyberpunk is easily the game I liked most in my life, I’ve only played a few, I have a lot of games to experiment with. But there will hardly be one that will make me have a mix of feelings, sadness, joy and anger. I love every bit of this game.

Cyberpunk has ruined gaming for me because now every time I play another open world game I just think “meh not as good as cyberpunk”

Best individual game for me as well. I think the only games I put more time into it was Destiny 2 or the Borderlands series.

Best scifi story game of all time without a doubt. Followed very closely by Deus Ex.

I’m replaying it right now. Will gfx mods and a few others. Feels great to be back

It’s up there with RDR2. I think RDR2 was more polished though sorry wise. The short story with get with Cyberpunk is amazing though.

My GOAT was The Witcher 3. Cyberpunk 2077 dethroned it after the 2.0/PL release. So good!!!!

Yeah I’d probably have to agree. There’s a lot of great games out there, many I’ve played quite extensively and still jump back into from time to time. But this game is something special. First game I ever finished and immediately jumped back in for a second play through. It hasn’t really left the rotation since. It’s my go-to when I want to play a game, but I’m not sure which one.

Night City is a place I could just walk around and explore forever

I started cyberpunk 2 weeks ago. I agreed, i played alot ofgames and none make me this excited to keep playing. I think the fall out games are next in line for me.

It’s definitely the best in world design and just the lore with all the corps and stuff is so deep and rooted

The game really knows how to make the world intertwined with the lore

It almost feels like Night City IS the lore in a weird way I dont know how to explain

It’s definitely up there with my favorite games of all time, probably only beat by a few titles, most notably RDR2, I dont think anything can ever topple that for me

Cyberpunk got pretty damn close though
