Man almost the settings from original quake, if I remember correctly. I think spacebar was fire and mouse didnt have 5 buttons

Sure, forward on right click is a little odd, but I can get over that. Primary on F and especially pistol on scrollwheel is vile tho.
Also I need to see a video of him using his keyboard, cause I simply cannot figure out how he’s using his crouch key. Is it with his thumb maybe? It seems that regardless of how you do it, with this config there will always be some direction of movement where you can’t move and crouch simultaniously :/

some really oldschool gamers had spacebar = shoot, mouse1 = forward, mouse2 = back, it wasn’t so strange back then
actually some top aim trainer players today still shoot with keyboard because it doesn’t put strain on your mousehand, which makes it easier to smoothly track your target

His father was a pro Source player and introduced mezii to CS. His father also a pro Quake player back then and it was a common practice for Quake players to use right click to move forward which is inherited from Doom. Doom used reverse mouse by default. So, I’m guessing that mezii inherited his father’s settings and went on like that.
