Every time I see an article about how they’re building specialized controllers to fly stealth drones and what not, it’s just a vanilla Xbox or PS controller made to be compatible with Windows 95. Like I can’t believe they’re fighting format wars when they should be getting ready for WW3. Just freakin combine all the controllers into one. Like this picture.

My nephews destroyed the sticks on every official N64 controller I purchased. So, I ended up buying a Mad Catz for myself.
They wouldn’t touch the Mad Catz so they continued grinding the OEM sticks into dust. 30 years later, I’ve rebuilt my N64 controllers and the Mad Catz is still going strong.

I’m picturing someone manually turning a crank like you had to to start a model T, and then getting filled with bullets, because they put the crank in the wrong slot, and it fired like a Gatling gun…
