After taking off the IHS I applied Liquid Metal to the die to remove the indium. I believe I let it sit too long and I can no longer wipe it off, completely solidified. Don’t really know where to go from here- figured I would ask for help before getting crazy with a razor. Tia

Place in oven set to 70C.

DO NOT USE A RAZOR, you will chip your silicon.

Heat the CPU. Pure indium melts at 156C but with the high gallium concentration it should melt below 100C, then you can wipe off the liquid metal.
