I was fairly new to gaming in 2019 and very much a Battlefield guy. Still am but Battlefield is in the pooper till at least November.
I watched alot of MW2019 and Warzone on youtube back then. Even though I didnt play I really enjoyed the visual aesthetic and the gameplay and even though Ive played every CoD since I still consider this to be the pinnacle of Call of Duty.
After getting burnt out on Warzone and with Battlefield being no good I decided Id go back and grind out that beautiful Damascus camo that seemed so cool and out of reach to me back then. I enjoyed the hell out of this grind and unlike other CoD games Im actually gonna keep playing even tho my grind is over. Getting Obsidian on my favorite guns is plenty enough to keep me invested.
Thank you guys for keeping this great game alive. I never once struggle to get a lobby and I plan on being part of the community keeping this game populated for other grinders who are late to the party like I was.
