For comparison, the $900 PC he sells has a R5 5500 and RX 6600.

Yes, this is a “workstation” PC, but integrated graphics for $1,200? Come on now.

  2. Top-Bend-330

what the hell.i did not expect this from zach

  3. RoryDaBandit

It’s bullshit. Is the customer paying $300 for assembly or something? Cause the price of these parts doesn’t add up.

  4. MrInitialY

The cheapest pile of shit parts with Eagle mobo in a Fractal Design case? Looks like it’s too good of a deal, make it $1700 to not be in debt after selling such good systems

It cost 750$, Charging 350$ more is crazy. What i’d do is either bring the price down to 900$ (depends on their profit margin) or just replace the cpu to smthn a bit cheaper, the 7600 or whatever fits the budget, and add the 9060 xt 16 gb.

That would cost a bit over 1100 dollars and you could sell it for 1250 or 1300 or how much ever idk. This is bull crap.

450 dollars is almost enough to buy a 9060 xt, and the difference between the igpu and this will be night and day.

  6. AverageChloroform

ZTT said himself that its much cheaper to build a pc yourself than to buy from him

  7. Miuragt630

We’ll get a youtube short explaining abt this real quick😂

  8. AssassinBoo123

    Guys guys u don’t understand , if u show generosity he will send u a free 5090 /s

  9. WondersN

One of the possible reasons is that newest gen GPUs are so much in demand that retail dealers can only get them if they buy another bunch of parts that nobody wants.

As a result they sometimes come up with offerings of decent CPU paired with cheap ass mobo and some mismatched random parts to get rid of the surplus.

  10. zarakatja

and any respect of him just went out the window….

  11. The_great_twat

Man what a piece of shit. G.skill RAM (I get to shit on them as a former owner myself), no GPU, and to top it all off a 550W PSU so you can’t even upgrade the damn thing. Actual definition of deal with the devil.

  12. kazuviking

And he will double down and gaslight the community when confronted.

  13. According_Ratio2010

    I unsubscribed him after this.

  14. ITXEnjoyer

From promoting the NZXT PC rental scam to this.

    Total class.

I’m surprised people actually buy computers from influencers to be fair.

  15. QuaintAlex126

What the hell? Hoping this is a mistake because what the actual fuck? I thought Zach was a cool guy but guess not. Can’t wait for the short explaining this…

  16. Princ3w

A lot of comments here calling the guy a piece of shit lol it’s not that deep just don’t buy it. If their listing price is too high they will know bc the damn thing won’t sell

  17. edparadox

I just built something quite identical CPU and RAM-wise, with a better motherboard for half that price.

  18. NDCyber

Not a big surprise to me. He was never good at his job either way, while being way too confident in his own abilities

  19. neonlexusx

Best deal… for whoever is selling that PC not for the one buying it.

  20. Hrmerder

    That is a legit $742 build…. Literally.. That is $457 markup which is…. 61%!!!..

  21. Effective_Secretary6

Doesn’t he literally say, „build your own if you wanna save money, if you don’t want to we have prebuilts“?

Not endorsing this kind of „rip off“, but it’s literally what every OEM ever is doing. It’s pc building how to make profit straight from the textbook. That’s why almost all prebuilts are dogshit value

  22. Isn’t Zach supposed to be very well-versed in PC building? He had to have known that this isn’t a good deal, even if it’s supposedly meant for business, right?

  23. bipedalsheepxy777

He is selling a product it’s up to you guys to buy it or not, it’s not like he forced you to buy, what’s he doing isn’t evil
What would be a dick move is if he sell a PC with vague description of specs and charge these kind of price

  24. he’s gonna get a lot of fire because of this lmao

  25. FrostyAttitude1206

In Canada you can get a RTX4060 prebuilt with similar spec for like 900 lol… I am speechless, actually speechless

  26. zchrisb

I’ve always hated this guy, glad I have him already blocked on YouTube. This guy is using his fame to scam people

  27. ghostsilver

IMO it’s fairer to compare this to a typical Dell/HP Workstation build.

I found [this](https://i.imgur.com/f8UGjgk.png) on Dell website. It’s 100$ cheaper but arguably much worse CPU/iGPU performance.

On his site this build is also on the “Business” section, so it’s aimed at company rather than the typical gamer. Gamers should buy the other 1200$ build also on his website, which has 5600 and 7600 combo.

Obviously DIY is cheapest, but this is typical for a prebuilt service like this.

  28. iamqw3rty

    ghetto tax

people will inevitably buy it because he’s an influencer

  29. No_Room4359

he said his builds are overpriced but yeah very bad deal

  30. asdf4455

The amount of people defending this in these comments simply because they like his videos is insanely pathetic. “OEMs do this all the time”. What the fuck are you people saying? You can go to best buy and get a pre-built with better specs for cheaper and that’s also a PC with a markup vs cost. What just because he’s making YouTube shorts giving you basic ass PC advice, it justifies up charging 450 dollars on a PC without a fucking graphics card? I don’t give a shit how many employees he has, do you think CyberPowerPC is just one guy? They can sell PCs with better specs for cheaper that you can find in a retail store, not some online shop. Just because someone is a YouTuber, it doesn’t justify them charging so fucking much for a bad computer. It’s shit like this that gives PC gaming the reputation it has with normal people. They think it’s expensive af because they see people advertising crap computers like this. Anyone who gets this system is just objectively getting ripped off and are gonna have a bad time. I pray for the day that people stop riding so hard for slop creators just because they make content they have on a second screen while gaming.

  31. ShadowsGuardian

Such a scam. Do ppl still see this guy?

Removed him from my radar long time ago after the shady sponsorships.
