As an XPR main, I’d put it at least at the middle of A tier. Its OHK capability, combined with its spammability, makes it stand out from the rest of the snipers and arguably makes it better than the Tundra/3-Line-Rifle in certain situations.
Mind you that’s with the stopping power mag
