Broky’s nickname is 箱神(box god)in Chinese, apparently because he is well known for opening cases inside of matches.
The squares and emoji are meant to form the image of a person kneeling down on all fours.
The reason why it’s called 小箱 is because there’s a (very) popular anime in China called Ave Mujica and there is a there is a noted scene where one of the characters kneels on the ground in that position and crawls, shouting 小祥, which has (nearly) the exact same pronunciation as 小箱(with the exception of a tone for the last character). The poster probably wanted to express that same level of love and expectation for when broky returned to the roster.
