Try saving and then reloading the save. I’ve had this issue with other items before and that fixed it.
Did you do the mission, or just show up and shoot everybody? It may not let you pick them up if you don’t do the shooting challenge
They’re part of the mission Stadium Love with the 6th street shooting contest. The pistol is just a tier 1 nova so don’t worry about that, but Divided We Stand is a really nice smartgun as a reward for that mission.
Have you done Stadium Love? It starts right there so I don’t really know what’s going on.
I don’t think it’s missable, but who knows? Check your journal to see if you’ve completed Stadium Love already and if you have then you can miss picking this up if you don’t win the contest.

Start the challenge and then blow them all away and take it.
You can pick up the revolver after you say you want to join their game. You only get the AR if you are the winner!
These pickups blow anyway.
You had to talk to them and push em to fight you.
It’s a bug load your game. You might even have to quit the application entirely and restart it. Once you load your game, it’ll fix.
You can actually go up there and pick a fight with them even if you lose and take that AR. 😂
Why does it looks so bad?
I think it’s a bug honestly. I never do the shooting challenge, never even talk to them. I just kill them and take it and it always works for me. I would reload an older save and try again

I think you can take it after the chatting but they would attack you when you took the gun
As others have said, its a common bug most likely. Happens to me alot after fighting enemies I cant loot them. Solution that worked for me is either save or quicksave, then reload.
You can either win the competition or kill them all. It’s up to you( since their 6th street, nobody will miss them if you kill them all).
They don’t belong to you and stealing is a crime. V will absolutely not allow crime
I usually talk, taunt them,shoot everyone, get the guns, and leave. I didn’t like the challenge, so I skipped it that way.
Is there a way to get the gun if you lost the challenge and then left? I couldn’t kill all those gangoons before but now I definitely can
You need to start the target practice mission with the guy sat on the couch then if you do not win the only way to get it is to kill them all
There’s 2 ways to pick up this weapon and the right way is to earn it in the gun challenge when the mission comes up or you can take out all remaining sixth street npcs at the party and take the weapons by force after you accept the mission
Either do the challenge and win or kill everybody there. It won’t be lootable otherwise
You gotta talk first. It’s the same with one of the fight club fights under an overpass. You can get dudes sniper but only if you pick correct dialog and all. The small soft locks are kinda crazy.
You need to kill them all first
It does glitch every once in a while you wont be able to get something off a body or a table. Game’s still Preem, but those happen.
