Sandevistan? a rudimentary implant.
You get the best one in the game early on from one of the NCPD alert missions. Just make sure you look everywhere.
most are “active for 8 seconds” then have a cooldown but one of the good ones is active when you want to and you can pop it on and off at will
They’re not too hard to get. Once you hit lvl 10 I think a few appear in the ripper stores. You can easily do that before doing the heist mission. You can also get David’s as well.

Sandy builds are really fun once they get going, one of my favorites just behind my Immortal Guerilla Arms build.
My next playthrough I’m going to try out Sandevistan. I haven’t yet because I’m so addicted to quickhacking.
It’s very expensive, you will need to grind for a while.
I’m right there beside you but I have only just finished the intro to the game and haven’t even started the first first true quest (I’ll say that so is not to spoil anything)
I recently did a Sandi and Shotgun build. Run around shotgunning people in the face in slow motion. It’s glorious.

Do NCPD jobs til you hit lv10, then you can get one. David specifically has a higher-grade one so it won’t be that strong but you can get his exactly later.
(Also get the leg implant that lets you double jump)
Luckily you can get it and there is a perk build to let you slow down time while in combat and do executions.
I don’t know which perks are required but i remember seeing someone do it in action.
I’ve got 75h on the game, on my first playthrough, just equipped a Sandevistan to do the achievement, this thing is a cheat code lol. Still gonna go back to my good ol’ cyberdeck once I get the achievement but this is so fun
Fun fact, I think the Apogee Sandevistan is what david had. (or as close to what he had, idk if his exact one is in game) I think you unlock it at level 30 though

Sick, enjoy your sandy build, be warned that you won’t have any quickhacks. I built myself a sneaky netrunner build, so a sandevistan would make 0 sense for my upgraded tech stats and RAM upgrades. Maybe next run!
Sandi is great for some quick slaughter 👀
You can buy the exact one david has once you reach level 40 from any ripperdoc
if you want a sandi and you are on pc than you are set up really good, if you are in console than base game sandi is ok too
If you’re looking for some good tech, I’ve got a solid piece of advice for you: Try not to pick fights with ripperdocs 🙂
I played Cyberounk when it didn’t have them, and I played it as soon as the Edgerunner content dropped with it.
The sandy was fun, but it takes all of the hacking out of the character which was… meh. None the less I removed it oretty quick and got some better chrome.
I use a cyberdeck and LMG. Also get Guts
Get an Axolotl too while you at it.
The first one’s available from any Ripper at level 10
You can get David’s Sandevistan, but just bear in mind you’re in a video game, not an anime. And Sandevistans have been in this universe since (in universe) the 2020’s. David’s is special, and high grade.
