Gotta go to the Armory and unlock it. Just takes a certain amount of XP earned.
No that’s not the problem. The problem is not level, it’s armory unlocks in the barracks there is a section called challenges. Go there and select armory then choose any weapons,attachment, perk etc. Of your choice that you don’t have unlocked yet. Some items need 25-50k xp, some items require over 100k xp sometimes even 250k

It’s a free gun you get for downloading and playing warzone you shouldn’t have to unlock through the armory There’s a warzone pack you need to download my buddy had the same issue he downloaded the pack and got it
