I’ve finally found the hardware combination to rid me of the ugly asus monitor stand and free up some desk space for proper cable routing. From where I sit, I cannot see a single cable.
PC: SSUPD meshlicious, 3070ti suprim, 5600x, 280 EK AIO.
Monitor: asus 42″ OLED
Audio: FIIO K7 DAC, Edifier R2750DB BT and T5 Sub.
Monitor mount: Putilsen Mount Ultrawide Heavy Duty 24-57”, RICOO VESAadapter (from 100x to 300x).
Lighting: IKEA standing lamp that I mounted to the wall and iFalarila over the monitor lamp. Some accent LED strips from IKEA, as I hate having to use a ceiling lamp.
The mount is nice for the price, but has few silly solutions that ergotron does better, however for this large screen I did not want a swivel arm with a piston, but a rigid mount that just minimises monitors footprint on my desk. It achieves that, but a huge oversight is lack of 300x VESA adapter in the package.

Under the PC, Displayport cable clearly visible, downvoted. /s
Great setup all jokes aside

I wish I could do single monitor setups, I just don’t know what I’d do with myself if i was watching a show or something, do y’all not browse other sites when watching shows?

Isn’t the monitor a bit too big for a desk? How far away are you sitting from it?
