Happened to me and my teammates on Blackout once. Fucker tried to pop all of us off by exploding a nade in his hand. We were in a chopper and I saw him loading the grenade in his hand and jumped in time. All three of my teammates were knocked out. I revived everyone and thought maybe he was trying to nade someone until he tried again by trying to explode the vehicle I was in. I got off and he got in the same vehicle. One of my teammates exploded it and none of us revived that asshole.
