First time posting, so i'll be as detailed as possible

So I bought a prebuilt PC from Skytech back in 2021, had a B450 or something as MOBO with an i5 10400F cooled with a CPU Liquid Cooling with an RTX 2060, back then it was a good PC, and it got old quickly.

As time went on, here is my current setting :

  • Asus Prime Z590p
  • Intel i7 11700k with the same cpu liquid cooling
  • 32GB Ram 3200mhz
  • Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 OC White Edition
  • 500GB SSD
  • PSU 850w
(If any additional detail needed, please let me know)

I usually play Warzone on regular settings (I never go ultra even if a PC could take it), when suddenly my pc started to crash as in literally freeze for 20 seconds and turn off. I updated my BIOS from manufacturer website with correct model. After that, tried to see if it could maybe fix my problem, but got same result after maybe 30 minutes of gaming. After monitoring temp, i noticed my CPU slowly reaching to 99-100º (I suppose this is the MAX temp before it goes into safe mode), so I suspected my CPU Liquid Cooling was slowly dying, so I went ahead and bought a Freezer A36 CPU Fan, and went ahead and upgraded from 16gb ram to 32gb ram while I was at it.

Shortly after trying to install my CPU Fan, i noticed that it didn't fit properly, being that i have a LGA1200 Socket, but the fan was compatible for LGA1700 Socket, so the CPU Contact Frame wasn't being placed right, yet I still decided to try and turn on my PC, but my front intake fan was not working, and CPU Fan would only turn if plugged into AIO Pump, otherwise it would feel like its trying to spin but stops.

Long story short, I put my old CPU Liquid Cooling back in, applied thermal paste and everything, and now all the components seems to be spinning and working, however, i get to a screen that says ''The System has POSTed in Safe Mode''. It pushes me into the BIOS. The only thing i can think of doing is click on ''Default'' and try to boot the computer back, when it does, i stay on a Black Screen for about 3-4 minutes before PC shuts off and turns back on, to boot me back into the same ''The system has POSTed in Safe Mode''.

The ''Only Fix'' i have gotten so far is going into BIOS and manually booting from the SSD, it boots me into the computer and everything, CPU temp is kind of ''stable'' at around 50-60º without doing anything, so i know it cools down a bit (maybe not enough''.

I have checked my RAM, reseated my RAM, switched them from one slot to another, tried my old 16gb ram, but same thing is happening, also took CMOS Battery out and leave it out for 15 minutes and put it back in, but still getting that same error. I am at loss right now as this is making me go crazy without any solution found so far…

I'll attach images of the 2 booting messages that I get.

Any help or tips would be appreciated!!

Hello TheSuperBanker, and thank you for your submission to Gaming PC! If you are new please check out our rules over at the wiki [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/gamingpc/wiki/rules)!
We have recently added the useful feature of Title Flair! You can set this manually by clicking Flair under your post once you have submitted your post, but if you missed it in the rules there is a much better way that will automatically flair your post!

To do this simply add what your post is about in brackets before your title. For example for a Build Log you can type [Build Log] before your post so that it looks like this; [Build Log]My new awesome build!, and the bot will automatically set your flair to Build Log! This works for Build Log, Build Showcase, News, Hardware News, Hardware Release, Discussion, and Miscellaneous!

Also remember that this is a place for discussing and sharing our love of Gaming Computers! This is NOT the place for help building or determining what parts you should buy, that is better suited for /r/buildapc. Troubleshooting questions should be directed to /r/techsupport. Thank you again!

Is all of this being done while leaving the storage your operating system is on, untouched?
