I got the blackcell variant of copper tied, but for some reason the barrel decals, with the glowing chains and stuff, won't show up because of the conversion barrel…even though the blueprint has the conversion barrel. What can I do to make it show? It looks worse like this

Did you revert it back to the original SWAT 556 and then add the conversion kit on again?
Check the fire mods selection and see if the Grau conversion kit has a skin for the blueprint that can be applied.
If that doesn’t work then I’d try to create a new setup starting with the blueprint. Then recreate the weapon after that.
Go to customize, then skins. You can put the visuals from the blueprint back if the attachments from the blueprint are on
It seems to be bugging out because it has too many attachments:

4. 5.56 Grau Conversion
5. Ported Compensator
6. Kepler Microflex
