Is your account a Perfect World account? All clips have a Chinese and Worldwide version, if you are running Perfect World it will show the Chinese one.
If your account is a regular worldwide account and nothing else is impact then its probably just a silly little bug.
EDIT: Nevermind, I checked all the ropz highlights and Valve just accidentally swapped Chinese and Worldwide version.
got this highlight and was confused about it too. Not as confused as i was about why they even put 90% of the “highlights” in the souvenir packages though. the clutch denials are AWFUL.
