It’s not like the Slaughtomatic is a useful weapon, it’s a disposable weapon for one use and only. Catch, shoot and discard.
Now, if we have to talk about bad weapons, DA-8 Umbra, Nawaki and Masamune at the initial levels are very bad, these weapons in level 4 are better if combined with the right mods

Pistols in general are underwhelming in most cases, besides stealth.
Their biggest issue is their fire rate. Its fine that they’re semi auto, its just that they don’t fire as fast as you pull the trigger, and their perk tree doesn’t make them that much stronger.

The Tediore guns of Cyberpunk 2077. It’s a shame you can’t chuck ’em like a grenade when you’re done with the clip. There doesn’t have to be another one that digistructs in your hands but it would’ve been a fun little nod to the Borderlands games.
