Yesterday Cinebench R23 become unresponsive and scaling issue was also there. While doing a Multi core test CPU is not going above 30W and it is not held by Power limit or Thermal limit or Frequency Limit.
Usually my CPU scores about 17000+ in multi (85W) and 1750 (30W) in single with power consumption listed.

anyone knows what is been helding my CPU power consumption to 30W?? and why Cinebench R23 is too unresponsive
