NCPD scanner stuff might help ya… Or u can just mod and put in money cheats.
Find groups of enemies, incapacitate them, take their loot, sell it at drop points
Do the rob car fixer Radiant quests
If you’re done with hustles and side jobs too, head to Valentino Alley, sons circuit around there and El Pinche Pollo, kill everything, fast travel away and back to reset. It’s the densest concentration of enemies in the game
Rob them mfs and run off with they gear. You playing wrong. You gotta walk in gang territory and tell everyone to get butt naked and take all what u get to the nearest drop and repeat. Then u profit.

Money is very easy to acquire in this game. Just go adventuring and take loot off whatever enemies you encounter, rinse and repeat.
How does this even happen? On my current playthrough, at level 60, I’ve done all the main quests and am putting off meeting Hanako. I’ve done roughly half the gigs and about 2/3rds of the NCPD hustles. I have tier 5++ everything, every cyberware slot filled. All the apartments. A decent number of cars. And have almost 4 million Eddies. I don’t understand how money becomes an issue in this game. Are you buying tons of chrome you never use?
Go to dog town + look for air drop = profit.
If you have Phantom Liberty, go to the drop crates with red gas markers. Kill everyone there and collect everything.
You can sell the guns for decent money, and the drops are quite regular
