Let me guess.. you enable gaming mode in BIOS without knowing what it does.
Second… do you have your card in something like pcie 3.0 x8 mode because… you either uses wrong slot or got all the SSD you can purchase?
Even my i7 13650hx laptop cpu gets more cpu score lol 😆 14800 I get
