Whenever I click on it, it just gives me boot camp. I've already completed the challenges for it but I still don't get the prompt.

    You have to have so many online matches played in regular resurgence

    (Try restarting the game or playing more matches, the requirements may be bugged)

    Go to the main cod menu, then select ranked from there
