Hey I thought I would share my results as I recently purchased 3Dmark on Steam due to it being on discount.
14900k – 57x P / 44x E / 45x R – @ 1.24v (253w / 400a)

The 4090 was set to 3015mhz / 10850mhz for the tests

For Timespy I bumped the 14900k to 59x P / 44x E / 45x R – @ 1.33v (253w / 400a)
CPU held 59x for the the few runs I had it going and didnt downbin which was good to see (but I had to lower my undervolt by 0.50mV in order for the CPU to be stable at 59x).
It started to heat up to 75 degrees at the higher voltages so I dropped it back to 57x as 1.24v is far easier to cool with a cheap Deep Cool LT720 AIO.
