Never better. I’ve noticed it gets quite warm docked but the performance has been nearly flawless
MaatRolo
I’m 80 hours in and crashed twice but loaded right back in. No real issues.
Mikefont
No issues whatsoever, aside from the weird romance bug in the Glen apartment that freaked me out lol

Making overheat quick hack effect irl hardware is really immersive tbh.

Runs great, looks great, my only issue is the small text in portable and my old man eyes

I haven’t had any issues with it yet. The Switch 2 does get pushed rather hard while playing the game in docked mode and it gets warm. But unless you’re playing it for really long periods of time without breaks, it’ll probably be fine.
I haven’t had my Switch 2 overheat or had anything crash yet.

Any handheld device is gonna run hot as fuck. The PS5 gets hot too. My laptop does. It seems like unless you invest a decent amount of money to supplement the cooling, it will run hot
Leeuweroni
Tbh my switch 1 can barely handle a shitty version of skyrim, it crashes all the time. Would not trust nintendo to do it better with a switch 2 and cyberpunk lol
ZombieGavinS
70 hours here, at least one 10 hour long play session, 2 crashes, no overheating.
Triium_ultamatum
I mean it crashes every now and then on the ps5 too, it’s just people don’t talk about that as much
Shintoz
Hey look, it’s FF06B5!!!
_cat_wrangler
Been playing on switch 2, handheld exclusively, and have had crashes and other small issues. (About 100+hrs in)
One of the things I found helps with this is not enabling the linked cloud saves, and periodically deleting the excess number of autosaves aside from manual saves and then keeping 1 most recent autosave. Also not leaving it running for long periods.
No overheating though. And I play on Quality not Performance settings, to reiterate, on handheld only, I rarely use my switch docked.
Lukas_mnstr56
I haven’t had any problems yet. But I thankfully get lucky in performance problems
Willyscoiote
I’m 60 hours in, no crashes and it doesn’t even make fan noise
ArcanaRobin
I’ve gotten a few crashes which weren’t an issue since the autosaves are pretty frequent. Not something I’m used to on console but it is what it is.
There was also one moment during Phantom Liberty where the game froze for like 30 seconds and was running at 2fps for a few seconds after that, which was weird but hasn’t happened since
No overheating either and I’d notice that quickly since I’ve been playing exclusively portable mode
omg_its_spons
What’s that a game that is notorious for being a really hard game to run due to how graphically demanding is overheating a little shit slab
Seriously cyberpunk was only put on switch 2 so they could say “oh look at us we finally upgraded our 7 year old hardware to something from the century look we can run something that was impressive a few years ago”
ResolveLeather
Cyberpunk crashes for me in the weirdest of ways. Usually when a game crashes for me, i have to restart it. When C P77 crashes for I can usually jump right back in. Like I get the error message and everything, but it doesn’t kick me out.
Nazon6
40 hours in, doing perfectly fine.
Gaming_Gent
Not something that’s happened to me, but summer hasn’t started raging yet
Digital_Pharmacist
No issues. It plays just fine.
Theleas
40 hours, crashed once, no issues besides that.
Datrael
I’ve had like half a dozen crashes, maybe a bit more. 60h playthrough. It runs hotter while docked, 100%.
Nekoo77
Beat the expansion and main story on switch 2 with like 1 crash and 0 overheating issues.

So is it overheating or freezing? So confused
